Mathi Alfblut

Mathi Alfblut is a medieval reenactor from Sweden known for his devotion to Sigmar, love of war priests (in kettle hats) and violent response to suggestions he use treemen. Works as an archeologist who loves his bones!
Interesting notes:
- Frequents the High elf boards and at the glorious Wood elf board asrai.org where he is a mod.
- Is the most fervent inquisition member, often confronting the beasts from below. Now rejects the fact that the Popegoat holds the deed to the new Chapter House.
- Often yells at PhillyT
- Refuses to take danny for walks. He uses his position to force lower acolytes to do so. And rightly so!
- Writes really long posts. Longer than you'd ever imagine is possible. No one has ever read one of his posts in its entirety.
Real life Mathi Alfblut is as mentioned an archaeologist, but has mostly not worked with the digging side of archaeology, but with the educational side of it, or in other words, spoken himself hoarse to hoards of millings school children, half-deaf elders and annoyingly inquisitive American tourists. In fact, Mathi have encountered so many American tourists that he at his dark moments belives all Americans are born tourists. When he does not get to work with museums, he writes selling text and popular historical articles for a Military historical bookclub, trying not to use up all his unemployment funds.
Mathi also has a wife, 3 kids, a haughty cat and two merry Guinea pigs he refers to as his "Pipbolls" a pun only a swedish speaker can fully understand and that you better be a guinea pig owner to fully comprehend. Mathis son has been brought into the Warhammer fold, even if he tends to love his Space Marines and Imperial guards more than his Empire soldiery. Stil, father and son participated in a small way on opposite sides in the Marienburg campaign.
To further understand Mathi, two things needs to be taken into account. He has Aspergers syndrome combined with ADHD and he loves historical re-enactment. Be it late roman period, medieval period or 30-years war, Mathi has done it and knows probably more than many what it means to march forth with a spear or halberd on the shoulder and a steelplate on your manly chest!
