Shouldn't this be in the COunt's Tavern and not the Back Table?  The Count's Tavern is for non-Empire yet Warhammer related stuff.  The Back Table is for crap.

When I try and download it, it gives me an error - whether at home or at work.

Write a few articles, and get other members to consistantly contribute, and yes, we could.

Although to be honest, simply writing some articles and posting them to the Library, Warshop or Warroom would be a better outcome, and not rely on other people for content.
